In 2016, faced with the possible legalization of Uber in Luxembourg, Webtaxi had to react and chose Yuso to assist in the digitalization of its services and dispatch tools.

In 2016, Webtaxi decided to replace its historical dispatch system with a more modern tool. After studying several solutions, Yuso was chosen. The objectives of Webtaxi were to digitize their booking tools, improve the customer experience and better optimize their fleet of 120 drivers.
In two years, Yuso has digitized 50% of orders via a mobile booking application and white label booking pages. Webtaxi was able to offer more transparency to its customers thanks to the possibility of presenting fixed fares calculated in advance and real-time tracking of the drivers' approach.
